We empower young women in remote Northern Territory communities through football, to dream, achieve, and lead, on the field and in their communities.
We do this through four primary programs:

We work alongside countless community organisations and remote communities in Central NT to deliver programs that are relevant, necessary and co-designed by the very participants themselves.
PURPOSE
Our purpose is to inspire young women to chase their dreams, build the skills to achieve them, and grow into confident local leaders; creating strong, self-sustaining communities of role models who drive generational change.
Our greatest success is when participants outgrow DREAMD Academy, returning not out of need, but with the desire to give back and lead others forward.
VISION
DREAMD Academy aspires to be a leading, action-driven charity known for developing resilient, high-performing female leaders from remote communities, both indigenous and non-indigenous.
Grounded in consistency, community, and leadership, we aim to build a legacy of empowered women who succeed in all arenas of life, and pay it forward by driving sustainable, generational change.
